Gore Delicius. Have similar issue, this always happens when I stop engine and unplug the phone and reconnect it later. Phone reboot helps. Closing all apps, switch of Bluetooth sometimes helps. But it's annoying a bit.

I solved the problem thanks to a tip in other thread. Uninstalling Multi Sound in the Multi Starr app. Also, just in case, I deleted some other useless Samsung official tweaks, but I'm pretty sure that uninstalling Multi Sound was the solution. I had the same issue with no sound coming from the Android auto in my car and realized j had do not disturb on so I turned that of and unplugged then replugged the phone now it works great.
