The only other thing I can think of is if you've ever used Windows 10's "My Phone" feature, maybe that's related. I was able to confirm that this was the case for me, as I check the installation date of BlueStacks and compared it to the supposed access date.

Yup, same thing just happened to me. I think Google is getting to big for their own britches that their having a heck of a time controlling it all. It's funny, I looked up the OnePlus 3T and it says a phone but description is for a 10 port usb hub. I also did install bluestacks.

OnePlus' Shelf lives off the to left of your home screen, presenting the weather, recently used apps, contacts and a couple of other things. To remove any of the default items, long-press and then tap on the red X icon when it appears.

The default app launcher on the OnePlus 6 lets you use custom icon packs from the Play store, instead of forcing you to install a third-party launcher such as Nova.

OnePlus includes a few of its own for you to pick from, along with a direct link to the Play store and compatible icon packs. The Camera app's settings are a bit hard to find at first. In the app, swipe up on the current mode's title and then tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
