It needs expertise to port Android or LineageOS to a specific device. You need to setup the development environment mostly a Linux machine , you need to know C language, Makefile utility to FIX compilation error or build path errors respectively. And there is more to this. Moreover you need time and other resources to spend on all of this. Many people are just dependent on developers already porting Android or LineageOS to specific device s.
I know that asking for a ROM or asking for the ETA directly to developers is rude as the developers are putting all their efforts voluntarily without being paid for their hard work. I am the bridge between the users and the developers to bring the ROM from the developers to the end users. Everyone is an expert in different field.
