At Macovei Alice attoreny at law the fees are negotiated for each case. The client may choose, according to its own interests, one of the following fee types:
1. fixed fee
2. hourly fee
3. success fee
4. fees such as subscription
At the time of setting out the fee the following elements will be considered:
– type and difficulty of the case
– time and labor volume requested for executing the mandate received or the activity requested by the client
– importance of the interests concerned
– advantages and results obtained for the client’s benefit.
Starting 1stJune 2009 you may chose one of the following subscriptions.
Basic subscription is suitable for clients that have a small number of employees and low activity of the company. Clients who chose this subscription benefit of legal advice in the limit of 10 (ten) hours per month. The price of this subscription starts from 500 RON per month.

- Periodical information with regards to the status of the files
- Periodical receive of newsletters.
Silver subscriptionis suitable for clients who have many employees and a high activity of the company. Clients who choose this subscription benefit of legal advice in the limit of in 15 (fifteen) hours per month. The price of this subscription starts from 1000 RON per month.

- Drafting updated constitutive documents, shareholders’ decisions and registration with the Trade Registry
- Periodical information with regards to the status of the files

Gold subscription is suitable for clients who have many employees, a high activity of the company and need regularly legal advice. Clients who choose this subscription benefit of legal advice in the limit of in 20 (twenty hours per month. The price of this subscription starts from 1750RON per month.

For his professional activity, the attorney is entitled to recover all expenses effectuated in the client’s best interest.
